Yoga instructor
Yoga is an appreciation of our present state of being, a mindfulness to help counteract the stresses of daily life. My approach is rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa and the balance of Yin and Yan. I have travelled around the world undertaking numerous advanced teacher training courses, and share my knowledge with my students.
Massage therapist
My interest in Yoga anatomy grew during my recovery from injuries, leading me to become a certified Ayurveda Yoga Massage therapist. The process begins with a deep tissue massage using natural oils and powders to enhance blood circulation and relax the muscles and fascia, followed by deeper treatments through yoga stretches.
