The session begins a deep tissue massage using organic oils and powders to enhance blood circulation and relax the muscles and fascia, followed by yoga stretches for deeper treatment.
Instead clients actively performing yoga poses, they remain on the floor while I help them release tension through massage and stretches, synchronised with their breath.
The approach is tailored to each client, offering relaxation, energy boost, soothing effects, or therapeutic benefits.
